Return & Exchange Policy

At Tumbleweed Landscaping, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring accuracy in every order. While returns are uncommon, we understand that adjustments may sometimes be necessary.

Product Returns

If excess materials such as pavers, blocks, edgers, or patio stones were ordered and remain unused on your project, we are happy to accept them for return and provide a full credit.

Please note that dumped products cannot be returned unless an error was made on our part.

Damages & Issues

We encourage customers to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and before installation. If you receive a defective product or have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution. We only supply high-quality, undamaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain materials cannot be returned or exchanged once installation has occurred. These include:

  • Crushed stone, rock, sand, mulch, sod, artificial turf, and landscape fabric.
  • Any materials that have been installed.

All sales of these products are final. If we have made an error with your order, we will work to correct it to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about your order before installation or delivery, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

  • If you decide to exchange an aggregate product before installation and before the load has been dumped, we are happy to discuss exchange options.
  • Original delivery fees will remain unchanged, and an additional delivery fee will apply for any subsequent deliveries.
  • A machine may be required for reloading, which incurs an additional cost.

For irrigation system components, defective parts such as timers or fittings can be replaced at no additional charge within 60 days of installation.
